We’re Jimmy and Kate — a husband and wife duo behind Chem-Dry Carpet Guy, proudly servicing our local Gippsland community. Based in Drouin, we’ve spent years building connections across the region and genuinely love helping local homes and businesses look and feel their best.
What started as Jimmy’s venture has grown into a true partnership. Together, we bring a shared passion for hard work, no ego, and good old-fashioned customer care. We take immense pride in every job we do — treating your carpet and upholstery as if it were our own.

Chem-Dry stood out to us for its hot carbonated cleaning system, green-certified products, and over 45 years of proven results. It’s a method we trust in our own home, and one we’re proud to bring to yours.

Outside of work, you’ll still find Jimmy involved in the local cricket scene, at his home club in Drouin — while Kate keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes (and often on the front line too!).
